1. Add dialogue module
Simply click “+Add Module” in the toolbar at the top of the screen to add an unnamed module. It includes 9 types of message formats to choose from.
【BotBonnie’s Note】If a red exclamation mark appears next to the module name, it is there to remind you that the editing of the module has not been completed yet.
2. Name module
First, edit the title of the module so that you can clearly view the purpose and functions of the module. Then, edit the message contents based on your needs. You can add up to five messages for a module.

3. Copy and delete modules
We offer several functions to make your module editing faster and more efficient. They include: Copy module, move the module temporarily to trash, and move to different flow.
Simply click the “ellipsis” button on the top right of the module to select “copy the same module,” “move the module temporarily to trash where it can be recovered in the future,” or “move to different flows.”
【BotBonnie’s Note】If you have modules from previous campaigns that you won’t use right now, you can use the “move to trash” function to temporarily suspend the operations of the module.
Copy module: Click “Copy” in the top right menu, right click in a blank area, and choose “paste” to copy the module.
4. Drag module
Click the dialogue module with the mouse to drag the dialogue module.
Congratulations! You’ve created your first dialogue module.
